Maj. General al-Zubaidi appreciates Saudi role in mobilizing regional, international efforts to achieve stability in Yemen

The Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Maj. General Aidarous al-Zubaidi received today, Wednesday, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Yemen Mohammed al-Jaber to discuss the latest political, economic and humanitarian developments in our country, joint efforts to enhance security and stability in Yemen and to improve the living and service conditions of the citizens.

Al-Zubaidi greatly valued the role which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been playing in mobilizing regional efforts to establish peace and achieve security and stability in Yemen.

He pointed out that this reflects the commitment of the Kingdom's leadership to the principles and values of the deep-rooted historical brotherhood that unite the two brotherly countries and peoples.

The Member of the PLC highly appreciated the development and humanitarian projects implemented by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen in various governorates.

Al-Zubaid also praised the great role played by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in providing humanitarian and relief support to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.

The Saudi Ambassador reaffirmed the Kingdom's support for the efforts of the PLC and the partnership with the different Yemeni parties to achieve the stability and development.

Al-Jaber has confirmed the commitment of the Kingdom to continue to provide the relief and humanitarian aids in different Yemeni regions to alleviate the Yemeni people's suffering.
