Finance Minister Salem bin Braik held talks with EU and WB officials over the latest developments in the overall situation, the developments in the economic and financial sectors, and the government's reform tracks, most notably the development of economic resources and combating corruption.
Bin Braik met an EU delegation headed by the European Commission Head of Cooperation for Yemen Joost Möhlmann
and the directors and heads of cooperation and development programs at the embassies of Germany, UK, Norway and the Netherlands and the country director of the World Bank Group in Yemen Dunya Abu Ghaida
Talks went over the government's efforts to confront the major challenges in the economic and financial aspects, as well as public finances, given the ongoing economic crisis and difficult conditions Yemen is going through.
