His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, called for a firmer international response to Iran's blatant interference in Yemen, following the Iranian regime's operation of a flight belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to Sana'a Airport, which is under the control of the Houthi terrorist militias. He described the flight as a clear violation of Yemen's sovereignty and a blatant breach of international law and relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasim Buhaybeh held talks with his Jordanian counterpart Dr. Firas Al-Hawari over means of promoting bilateral cooperation between Yemen and Jordan.

Buhaybeh appreciated the Jordanian contribution to the health cooperation protocol between the two countries, which provides for the training of about 200 Yemeni physicians in Arab and Jordanian fellowship programs, in addition to the medical treatment grants provided by Jordan to Yemen's Public Health ministry.
