Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya al-Zindani, met today, Thursday, in the temporary capital of Aden, with the UN Resident Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen Julien Harneis.
The conversations focused on the joint coordination about the humanitarian and relief actions.
Dr. al-Zindani expressed the Yemeni government's appreciations to the UN's agencies for their contribution to the humanitarian and relief actions in Yemen to help mitigating the humanitarian crisis created by Iran-backed Houthi militias' coup and war.
The Foreign Minister stressed that it is very important to move from the relief actions to the sustainable development projects and interventions.
