His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) received today, Wednesday, at al-Ma'shiq Palace, in the temporary capital Aden, the credentials of the Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to the Republic of Yemen George Christian Mayor.

Following the ceremonies, President al-Alim welcomed the Romanian Ambassador, wishing him all the best in his diplomatic mission, promising all necessary facilitations to help him doing his job, further promote bilateral relations to serve the mutual interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

The President briefed the Romanian Ambassador on the latest developments in the Yemeni national arena, praising Yemeni-Romanian bilateral relations, mainly the cultural and educational ones.
