Defense Minister Lit. Gen. Mohsen al-Daeri held talks with the Ambassador of Korea to Yemen DO Bong Kae here today.

Talks addressed several issues of common interest, including the efforts for enhancing maritime against the backdrop of the continuing targeting of commercial vessels and shipping lanes by the terror Houthi militia.

Minister al-Daeri stressed the importance of upgrading the armed forces' capabilities to enable them to carry out their mission in imposing security, securing shipping lanes, and restoring state institutions.
