Deputy Minister of Interior for Human and Financial Resources General Qaed Atef discussed on Tuesday with UNDP Coordinator in Yemen Abdulghani al-Wageeh aspects of cooperation and humanitarian interventions.
In the meeting, Atef confirmed readiness of the ministry on providing necessary facilitations enabling the program on performing their tasks as demanded, praising efforts exerted by the program in Yemen of providing necessary support to interior ministry and humanitarian interventions in different domains.
For his part, the UN official reviewed interventions of the program during the past period in field of the rule of law and implemented projects by the program.
He pointed out to the forthcoming projects hoped to contributed by the program in supporting the ministry of interior.
