Yemen's non-resident ambassador to the Dominican Republic Mohammed Saleh Nasher held talks with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ricardo Ruiz here today on ways to promote and develop cooperation relations between the two friendly countries.
Nasher briefed the Dominican official on Yemen's political and economic developments, the efforts being exerted to stop the war and establish peace, and the Houthi militias' aversion to peace brokerage efforts and escalation of hostilities. For his part, the Dominican official renewed his country's support for the Yemeni government in all efforts that lead to ending the war and achieving peace.
