Germany, the host of Euro 2024, qualified for the quarter-finals after defeating Denmark 2-0.

Germany took the lead in the 53rd minute through Havertz from the penalty spot, then a goal to increase the score by Jamal Musiala, who was alone with goalkeeper Schmeichel and tossed the ball into the lower left corner in the 68th minute.
