Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) Ahmed Ghaleb held talks with a European Union delegation to Yemen on the overall economic developments in Yemen.
The delegation comprised the European Union Ambassador to Yemen, Gabriel Vinales, his deputy Sara Sadik and the ambassadors of France, the Netherlands, and Germany.
The CBY governor briefed the EU diplomats on the most important financial and monetary developments, and future prospects in light of the current situations and CBY's latest move to save the Yemeni banking sector from the continuous tampering and abuses by the terrorist Houthi militia.
