The Public Health ministry's National Mental Health Program organized a workshop to approve and publicize the guide for psychological and social therapy for perinatal depression.

The participants were acquainted about the National Mental Health Program and the mechanism used to upgrade the program, the interventions of the International Rescue Committee in the areas of mental health, and the challenges in the program's way.

Minister of Public Health Buhaybeh signed the therapy guide, and expressing gratitude for the efforts of the National Mental Health Program in updating the guide in line with the ministry’s instructions in promoting mental health concepts and merging them into all health services.
