President al-Alimi expressed his own and the PLC's members' and Yemeni government's sincere congratulation and best wishes to His Excellency President Putin, wishing him wellbeing and happiness, more progress and prosperity for the friendly government and people of the Russian Federation, further development for the Yemeni-Russian relationship.

The Chairman of the PLC praised the Russian steady support for Yemen and its internationally recognized government and political leadership.
