Minister of Public Health Dr. Qasem Buhaybeh has chaired a meeting of the national committee on combating cholera.Buhaybeh highlighted the need to operate as per the approved standards and present periodic reports on the epidemiological situation and identifying suspected and confirmed cases of cholera.
He referred to the importance of identifying high-risk areas and keeping attention to them and activating field visits, applying infection control principles.
