SHABWA-SABA
Two children sustained critical injuries in the explosion of a Houthi landmine in eastern Yemen's Shabwa province today.
Shabwa police said that Naser Salem, 11, and Ahmed Ali, 14, picked up a landmine that came their way (carried by torrential rain) not aware of the gravity of its danger, before it exploded injuring them seriously.
The landmine is one of the legacies left by the terrorist Houthi militia when they were in control of Shabwa's Bayhan district two years ago.
