Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq al-Sharjabi and the Director of Programs at the Muslim Hands Organization Dr. Muhammad Hamran signed here today two deals for starting a project to drill and rehabilitate three water wells in both Marib and Lahj governorates.

The project is estimated to bring advantage to 100,000 people from Tuban District in Lahj Governorate and the Marib city district.

Minister of Water said after the signing ceremony that drilled wells will help in solving the problem of water shortage and meeting the public needs for water in some of the focus areas in the two governorates.
