ADEN - SABA
Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak has ordered an emergency panel to be set up to deal with the crisis of Rubymar, a Belize-flagged vessel attacked by the terrorist Houthi militia this month and said to be about to sink.
The ship was laden with a shipment of ammonia, oils and dangerous materials, which pose a threat to marine life.
The Yemeni government has called on concerned countries and organizations to contribute to its efforts to prevent a possible environmental disaster if the vessel sinks.
