Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak has emphasized the importance of implementing plans to rehabilitate and improve the performance of oil and mining institutions, in a bid to promote generation of state revenues.
Addressing an annual consultative meeting in the Ministry of Oil and Minerals today, the premier laid emphasis on formulating plans to improve performance and adopt the transparency and accountability principles to rationalize spending.
