Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council issued Monday Decree No. (56) of 2024, the First Article of it stipulates on appointing Dr. Ahmad Awadh BinMubarak a Prime Minister.
The Second Article of the Decree stipulates on keeping members of the government in their positions in accordance with previous decrees of their appointing.
The Third and the last Article of the Decree stated that the decree shall be valid since the date of its issuance and must be published in the State Gazette.
