HAVANA - SABA
The Yemeni Ambassador to Havana Muhammad Saleh Nasher discussed with the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Division at the Cuban Foreign Ministry ways to strengthen and develop cooperation relations between the two friendly countries.

During the meeting, Ambassador Nasher briefed the Cuban official on the latest developments in the situation in Yemen and the threat of the terrorist Houthi militia to international shipping traffic in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.

For his part, the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department renewed his country's support for the government and its support for all efforts that lead to stopping the war and achieving lasting peace in Yemen.
