Yemen's Non-Resident Ambassador to Slovenian Republic Haitham Shugaaddin discussed Tuesday with the President of Slovenian National Assembly Urska Klakocar Zubancic parliamentarian cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Shugaaddin confirmed importance of Slovenian role in supporting Yemen's efforts and international community in tightening security of the Red Sea within its membership in the Security Council.

For her part, the Head of the Slovenian National Assembly confirmed keenness and aspirations to enhance relations between the two countries and working on establishing the Yemeni- Slovenian Parliamentarian Friendship Committee.
