Ambassador of Yemen to the Arab Republic of Egypt Khaled Bahah discussed Tuesday with Assistant of Egyptian Foreign Minister for Consulate Affairs Ambassador Esmael Khairut a number of topics associated with consulate affairs and conditions of Yemeni community in Egypt.

The two parties touched upon services provided to the Yemeni community through extending their residence terms, security affairs to Yemeni students in Egyptian institutes and universities, mechanisms of entering Yemeni travelers to Egypt and issues of Yemeni prisoners.

Ambassador Bahah praised mutual relations between the two countries and the Egyptian firm position towards the government of Yemen.

He provided to the Egyptian official a list of names of the Yemeni migrants who are stranded in Gaza Strip to facilitate their return to Yemen in coordination with Egyptian and Palestinians authorities.
