Minister of Industry and Trade, Muhammad Al-Ashwal, discussed with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aden Modern International Center for Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, Faysal Mahri, strengthening joint cooperation frameworks, spreading the concept of commercial arbitration, and the importance of the arbitration centers’ contribution to resolving disputes of financial, commercial, industrial and banking nature.
Minister Al-Ashwal affirmed the Ministry’s readiness to support the efforts of organized and institutional arbitration to resolve commercial disputes to create a healthy commercial climate that attracts investment and investors to develop the national economy.
