Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Tariq Saleh, inaugurated the start of construction of Al Khawkha Central Hospital, as the largest health facility in the district that will be constructed with support from the United Arab Emirates.
During the inauguration, which coincided with the anniversary of the liberation of Al Khawkha on December 7, Brigadier General Tariq stressed that the project is a gift for the blood of the martyrs who gave their lives for the sake of liberating this land... praising the continued UAE support for development and infrastructure projects in the liberated areas as an embodiment of the bonds of brotherhood that bind the two countries.
The Central Hospital project, with all its annexes, is being built on an area of 25,000 square meters at the initiative of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Brigadier General Tariq also announced a new solar power station project for the districts of Hays and Al Khawkha, congratulating the people of Hodeidah on these projects that met their needs.
