Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, discussed with the Australian Ambassador to Yemen, Mark Donovan, ways to enhance and develop joint cooperation between the two friendly countries in the security fields.
The Minister of Interior reviewed the Yemeni government efforts aimed at achieving peace and enhancing security and stability despite the intransigence of the Houthi militia and their continued terrorist acts against civilians and targeting international shipping lines.
For his part, the Australian ambassador expressed his aspiration to enhance security cooperation and coordination and exchange experiences in the field of combating terrorism and combating drugs.
