The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. The two parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of maritime security, pollution control and enhancing the Authority’s technical capacities.

Al-Erada meets with Country Director of CIVIC International

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Major General Sultan al-Erada met today, Thursday, with Country Director of Civilians in Conflict International Organization (CIVIC) Dina al-Mamoun and the team work of the organization in Marib governorate.

The meeting aimed to discuss the CIVIC's interventions and activities over the previous time and its future projects and programs.

Mamoun briefed al-Erada on the CIVIC's activities and training workshops which carried out in the interim capital Aden and the two governorates of Marib and Taiz over the past three years to bolster the civilian protection mechanisms amid conflict and combat security and military operations.

Al-Erada stated that the Yemeni armed and security forces intuitions are fully committed to protect civilians which carrying out combat operations, keenly acting to spare them the woes of the bloody conflict triggered by the terrorist Houthi militias.
