Yemen, Jordan discuss enhancing bilateral relations

Yemen's Ambassador to Jordan Dr. Jalal Faqirah discussed Tuesday wit the Head of Jordanian Council of Commons Faisal al-Fayez mutual relations between the two friendly countries and means of enhancing and improving them.
The two parties touched upon latest developments in Yemen since Houthi militia's coup and the humanitarian suffering of Yemeni people, as well as efforts are being exerted by the government of Yemen to realize just and inclusive peace.
They also discussed destructive impacts and humanitarian crisis suffered by the Palestinian people over Israeli barbaric war on the Palestinian people and the siege imposed on Gaza Strip and banning arrival of humanitarian assistances to the citizens in the sector.
Ambassador Faqirah renewed support of the Republic of Yemen to the Palestinian people and their right in establishing their state, pointing out to conformity of positions of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi and King of Jordan Abdullah, the Second towards Palestinian Issue.
For his part, the Head of the Jordanian Council of Commons reiterated enhancing relations between the two countries, confirming support of Jordan to Yemen's government under President al-Alimi.
