Prime Minister asserts government's keeness to improve medical services

Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik stated that the government is keenly interested in ameliorating the health and medical services through upgrading the professional training and academic education of the physicians and other medical staff who operate in health sectors.
His remark came as he chaired a meeting of the High Board for Medical Specializations (HBMS) today, Sunday, in the temporary capital Aden.
The meeting intended to discuss a number of topics relating to the two professions of medicine and nursing in the country.
The HBMS's role and tasks after it had been reformed in Aden were elaborately discussed.
