Parliament Deputy Speaker participates in the IPU's general assembly sessions

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohssen BaSorrah contributed today, Wednesday.to the session of the General Assembly of the International Parliamentary Union (IPU) held in the Republic of Angola.

The Yemeni Parliamentary delegation included Hamid al-Amer, Mohammed Najeeb and Ahmed BaHowirish.

The delegation also engaged in the deliberations of the meetings of the Parliamentary Network for the Non-Aligned Movement countries which held on the sideline of the 147 Session of the IPU's General Assembly.

BaSorahh highlighted the Palestinian people ordeal due to the Israeli occupation forces' aggression on the civilians in Gaza Strip where the Israeli occupiers have launched an annulation war against the Palestinians in Gasa.

He underscored the importance of working on stopping the war, delivering the urgently needed humanitarian and relief aids to the people in need.
