Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Tareq Saleh received Tuesday Ambassador of Djibouti, the Dean of Diplomatic Corps to Saudi Arabia Dhiyaadin Bamahramah discussing with him mutual relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them.
The two parties discussed coordination between the two countries in protecting security of the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, maritime navigation in this vital waterway, fighting terrorism and facing all forms of challenges.
Saleh praised honoring positions of the Republic of Djibouti led by President Ismail Omar Guelleh towards Yemen, thanking Djibouti for receiving many of Yemeni community during the war of Houthi militia on Yemen.
For his part, the Djiboutian President confirmed his country's position towards Yemen and his country's support to the Presidential Leadership Council and the internationally-recognized government.
