Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi received Monday Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Yemen Mohammad al-Zaabi, who conveyed to him best wishes of UAE President.
The meeting touched upon mutual relations between the two brotherly countries and promising horizons to enhance them in different domains.
President al-Alimi praised cooperation and coordination between the two countries and praised the role of the United Arab Emirates within the Arab Coalition and its humanitarian and developmental interventions to alleviate suffering of the Yemeni people over Houthi terrorist militia's triggered ware on Yemen.
The two parties discussed latest developments in Yemen, including mediation of the Saudi Arabia and Oman to renew the truce and releasing inclusive political process under the UN sponsorship.
