Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Aridha, discussed with border management expert at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Wolf-Christian Paes, in the temporary capital Aden today the ways to enhance cooperation and coordination, and enhance the capabilities of prosecutors and judges in the field of combating crime and drugs.
Minister Al-Aridha touched on the Ministry’s efforts to develop the judicial system in the areas of combating crime and drugs, and the importance of joint work with international organizations in order to implement rehabilitation programs for judges and members of the prosecution in general, pointing to the importance of transferring international expertise in the field of combating smuggling and organized crime and benefiting from the experiences in this field.
