Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries, Major General Salem Al-Socotri, discussed with his Omani counterpart, Dr. Saud Al-Habsi, the strengthening of the relationship of cooperation and joint coordination between the two countries in the field of exports and imports of agricultural, animal and fishery products.
The two sides agreed, on the sidelines of the meetings of the Islamic Organization for Food Security held in Qatar, to form joint committees in these areas, which would enhance trade exchange of agricultural, animal and fishery goods and products between the two countries, provide aspects of mutual support, enhance bilateral relations, exchange experiences, and improve the performance of the work of mutual ports between the two countries.
