Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, discussed via video communication technology with a number of general directors of police and security departments in the liberated governorates the latest developments in security events and situations.
Haidan praised the positive cooperation existing between the governorate security departments, local authorities, social and tribal groups, and opinion leaders in the governorates, stressing that no matter how much progress a country has achieved, citizens still have a role in reporting crimes and providing the security services with information.
The Minister of Interior heard from security directors about the needs of their departments, the difficulties facing the security services, and the solutions proposed to solve them. The Minister of the Interior directed the security directors to quickly submit independent lists of the martyrs, wounded, and deceased security personnel to address their conditions in recognition of their sacrifices.
