President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council met on Wednesday, with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, on the sidelines of his participation in the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting touched on the latest developments in the two countries, the ancient bilateral relations, and ways to advance them to broader horizons.
The meeting also reviewed the efforts of brothers and friends to renew the truce and launch a comprehensive political process on the basis of the three terms of reference agreed upon nationally, regionally and internationally.
