Republican decree to extend mandate of National Committee for Investigation into Human Rights Violations

A republic decree no (16) of 2023 issued today, Saturday, about extending the mandate of the National Committee for Investigations into Alleged Human Rights Violations (NCIAHRV).
First article states that the mandate of the NCIAHRV shall be extended for two years starting from 23 August 2023, and the mandate may be extended once again it is required.
Second and third articles state that the decree shall take its effects from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the gazette.
