General Chief of Staff, Commander of Joint Operations (Lt Gen) Sagher bin Aziz has confirmed that the Yemen armed forces are fully committed to comply with the International Laws and International Humanitarian Law and the Rules of Engagements under the leadership of the International recognized government and they are doing their duties under the constitution of the Republic of Yemen and laws in effects.
He made his comments during his meeting today, Saturday, here in Marib city with a delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
General bin Aziz noted that the Terrorist Houthi Organization is violating all international laws and conventions, continuing to recruit children, doesn't respect laws nor morals.
He confirmed full willingness to cooperate with the ICRC to facilitate their humanitarian missions.
